Update

UPDATE 10:46 AM ET:
- All Non-Portfolio performance data has been fully restored (Mutual Funds, ETFs, and CEFs).
- 50% of portfolios have completed recalculating. The remaining portfolios are in progress and should finish within a few hours.

We will send an update when all portfolios have completed recalculating. Thanks again for your patience.

UPDATE 9:42 AM ET:
- All Stock, ETF and CEF performance data has been fully restored
- Mutual Fund performance data will be completed by 10:30 A.M. ET
- Model Portfolios will be recalculated immediately after the Mutual Fund performance data is fully restored

Investigating

We are investigating a data delay overnight that impacted our ability to retrieve most equity, fund, and model portfolio performance data, including May 20th pricing. We are actively restoring this data and processing calculations. We do not have an ETA at this time, but will continue to post updates as they become available.
